Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Morph ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the Service
Morph allows you to create projects, add photos, and track visual changes over time. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By using the app, you grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display your content to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and share any content you upload.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Upload content that infringes on others' rights or contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the app or its infrastructure
- Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
In-App Purchases
Morph offers an optional one-time purchase called Morph Pro, which unlocks additional features (unlimited projects, 200 frames total, video and GIF export, and project locking). There are no subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled through Apple's refund policy.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
